My son Nathan and I borrowed an R22 and attended the Helicopter Roundup. There was a competition where we tied for 1st place with the Bell 47 in these photos. I’ve misplaced the rest of the pictures, so I can’t show you all the other helicopters that were there…
If you can’t tell in the pictures, the competition included carrying a bucket full of water through a course, and then setting the water down precisely on a designated spot. It also consisted of some hover patterns and a precision drop contest.
